1 Day Instructor-led Course

The Fearless innovation in-person experience is a highly engaging, full-day* session designed to help participants adopt an innovative mindset, build creative confidence, and collaborate effectively to generate and test ideas that drive organisational progress.

This 8-hour course includes videos, group discussions, and breakout sessions. The design can also be extended beyond one day for teams that want additional time to work through real-world innovation challenges.

Course Flow

Prework: LAUNCH — Engaging assignments that introduce key innovation concepts and mindsets.
Morning: LEARN — Interactive activities explore the principles of fearless innovation and help participants identify challenges and opportunities within their roles.
Afternoon: PRACTICE — Practical exercises to generate, test, and refine ideas using proven innovation tools. Includes action planning to overcome barriers, foster a culture of experimentation, and commit to next steps.
Post: APPLY — Follow-up micro-activities, videos, and tools that reinforce key learnings and support continued innovation in daily work.

*This full-day in-person design includes two 10-minute breaks and 45 minutes for lunch.

Fearless Innovation is a virtual, instructor-led course that unfolds over five one-hour sessions.
